I had my doctor send a prescription of mine to their pharmacy 5 days before I ran out, it also happens to be a controlled medication. I called them to verify that they received the prescription and to inquire when I could pick it up. I was told to call back when I had 2 days of my medication remaining and that they could fill it then. So far so good. I then called them 3 days later and was told that the computer wouldn't let me pick it up until the following day. I called the next day and was told that no, actually their policy is to not fill controlled medications until 1 day before you run out. I tried to explain that their computer was wrong and asked them to please look at a calender and that they would see that it was exactely 29 days since I had last filled it at their pharmacy. I was then told that since their computer said that I should have 2 days left that that couldn't do anything, even though it was obviously incorrect. I was then put on hold and when the pharmacist was put on the line I was told that actually their policy was to not fill controlled medications until the day you run out. I asked why the first 4 people I spoke to had told me something different and why 2 days prior to this the person I spoke to had said they were looking at the computer and told me that the computer said that I would be able to pick it up today. The pharmacist just kept repeating that I could pick up my medication the next day, completing ignoring my questions and request for an explanation, at one point she just started ignoring me altogether. I will NEVER return to this disorganized, unprofessional and rude place of business. This is not even taking into consideration the very first time I walked in and 3 people were down on their hands and knees behind the pharmacy counter frantically trying to find all the pulls that they somehow managed to drop. Their pharmacy is completely useless as is their staff.
