Giving them three stars. They have great food, great service and I like to eat there. BUT the reason I'm giving them 3 stars is because their delivery drivers suck. They're horribly slow. They told me 45 mins or less cause I live less than 2 blocks away and it's been and hour and 15 mins. Effing ridiculous.
Took over 45 mins for delivery. Food wasn’t even that warm and wasn’t that great. Delivery driver was on the phone the whole time delivering food. Kinda over priced. Ordered a tiramisu cup and didn’t even get that in my order. Disappointed in this place.
no communication about times w cooks and order takers. 10-15 minutes translated to a half hour + last two times which would be fine if I was told that when ordering. I go because it's close but not worth it anymore there is better cheaper pizza around. With so much stuff on the menu you really got to think how much of that is made in house? Do they even mix their own dough? Staff is real good though they all seem to care . Edit : my pizza is undercooked awesome edit: staff does not care ketchup is not sour cream it's my own fault for being lazy and going there ahain
Below (in quotes) is my previous review. Lately, the food has not been up to standard. I ordered pizza and it wasn't fully cooked and steak tips that was basically little stir fry steak pieces that cost $13, very very disappointing. I used to rave about this place I hope they step it up again.
Best Pizza i,ve ever had. I live in Oregon now and still rave about my memories of having Village inn pizza. Been all over the United States including Alaska and Hawaii and have yet to have a pizza that was better than yours. Thank you so much for those memories
